Academic transformation, measured

Not a course library. A record of how each learner changes.

MSA diagnoses where a learner actually stands, names the learning gaps, builds a personalised intervention plan, coaches against it, and reports the evidence to parents — every step held in one profile.

The transformation journey

The system is built around the MSA methodology, in order, with evidence at each stage.

  1. Step 1Diagnosis
  2. Step 2Learning gaps
  3. Step 3Intervention plan
  4. Step 4Academic coaching
  5. Step 5Activities & assessments
  6. Step 6Progress tracking
  7. Step 7Parent reporting

Evidence, never guesswork

MSA assessments and official school results are kept apart. Where there isn't enough comparable evidence, the system says so instead of inventing an improvement figure.

Strict, role-based access

Parents see only their own children, learners only themselves, coaches only their assigned learners. Private coaching notes stay internal.

Accountable operations

Attendance, session notes, intervention milestones, published reports and payment changes are all recorded with an audit trail.
